This month, we've released a completely new feature for your business development – Communication Hub, which allows you to keep in touch with your patients via WhatsApp.
This tab – is not just another messenger integration in your EMR – it is an automated tool that will help you inform your patients about any changes in the appointment schedule, remind them about visits, and keep them posted about any shifts in doctors' or clinic work.
Communication hub eliminates the need to search for specific patients in an address book and type a long, polite message with your own hands – just let the tool do its job. This feature is integrated with your clinic's Schedule and Patient List, automatically dividing your patients into different addressee groups so you can easily inform the needing one in a couple of steps.
This tool significantly improves the level of your clinic's customer care and enhances the retention rate, guaranteeing higher patient satisfaction and, thus, bouncing the clinic’s revenue.
Additionally, this month’s update contains a new feature for doctors – we've improved the Prescription tool and equipped it with a new smart search that will help you to find required medicine "in a few letters."
So, let's review these novelties closely.
Communication hub – be in touch with your patients
We've added a new tab with various communication options via WhatsApp messages that will help you keep your patient posted about all important changes in the clinic’s work or schedule shifts.
Once you open the Communication Hub tab, you will likely note a digit that shows your message limit. Paying attention to this indicator is highly recommended, considering that sometimes you will need to send multiple messages, so you will require enough credits for that.
Campaign creating – a brief overview
The next important thing on this tab – is your Campaigns menu. This place is a workshop for messages; here, you can create a new campaign for a specific group of patients, edit their options, or delete irrelevant ones in a few simple steps.
To Create a Campaign, click a corresponding button. An intuitive interface will guide you through the process, helping you choose the right type of messages for appointment cancellations, reminders about changes in clinic schedules, etc.
Don’t worry; you don’t need to write a message yourself. We created a user-friendly interface with a simple message form to complete your campaign. After you have filled in all the necessary details, you can generate a short message via the built-in AI tool – Magic Templates – which will provide you with a well-written sample that will fit your clinic’s style and tone of voice.
These two simple steps are literally all that you need to develop a communication strategy and standards for your clinic.
Additionally, in Communication Hub, you can change, pause, or delete the existing one by clicking the corresponding buttons. The Message History menu contains all your communication data with a helpful filter system, and the Balance menu will provide you with information about your balance and billing history.
Refreshed prescription interface – easier than google
We fundamentally reworked the prescription tool and equipped it with a new smart search engine that will help you find the needed drug in a few seconds (even if you made an omission in its name).
Then, you should specify how often and how long your patient should take the drug via corresponding data strings, including the Minimum dosage with Medicine units, Frequency, Duration (with the start and finish dates), and a Note for the patient to explain the treatment specification, side effects, etc.
After that, click on the Save button. Then, you can upload the recipe's PDF file or print the document and sign it immediately by clicking on the corresponding buttons on the saved sample.
Thus, prescription tools have become more streamlined than ever before – all needed drugs can be found with a few clicks and then turned by a program into a well-designed recipe. The only thing you should care about is your physical signature (E-signature is still under development) to validate printed prescriptions if some drugs require a doctor's approval.
***The presented list of drugs is created on the base of UAE MOH recommendations.
