- Updates in Invoices module
- Appointment Grouping
- Time Suggestions for Appointments
- Rooms Management
- Clear Status for Merged Patient Cards
Updates in Invoices Module
- Quick View of Invoices Total: Added a total amount view of your invoices at a glance, along with the effects of any filters applied, for straightforward financial tracking.
- Invoice Edits Reflected in Treatment Cases: When you update an invoice, the changes will also appear in related treatment cases automatically, ensuring consistent records.
Appointment Grouping
- Appointment Grouping for Easy Access: Appointments are now organized into groups to help you find what you need faster. You can expand these groups one at a time or all at once.
Time Suggestions for Appointments
- Automated End Time Suggestions for Appointments: After choosing the start time for an appointment, the system will suggest an ending time, eliminating the need for manual input.
Rooms Management
- Rooms Management for Clinics: Introducing the ability to create and manage Rooms within your clinic. This feature allows for scheduling multiple appointments for one doctor in different rooms. Ortho doctors, your requests have been heard! To set up and manage rooms, navigate to Settings → Clinic Settings → Rooms (located on the lower right).
- For viewing and managing these rooms in the calendar, simply switch to Day View → Rooms View — voilà!
Clear Status for Merged Patient Cards
- Clear Status for Merged Patient Cards: When patient cards are merged, the non-primary card is labeled as ‘deactivated’, helping to keep your patient list clear and up-to-date.
That’s all for our April updates at Remedico! We hope these new features enhance your experience and streamline your daily operations. As always, we value your feedback — please don’t hesitate to share your thoughts. Thank you for being part of our community.
